Auroch Partners was founded in 2003 by Dave Krysiak in a Cornell University dorm room.

The partnership was formed to manage the financial assets of high net worth individuals using an opportunistic investment approach. Auroch makes investments in the following assets:
– Seed stage
– Series A venture
– Control positions in companies with EBITDA between $.2MM-$2MM annually
– Publicly traded equities
– Residential real estate (distressed preferred)
– Industrial real estate (distressed preferred)

Our objective is to maintain positions for five years or more with a target hold of 10-15 years. We prefer to make concentrated bets and assign special emphasis to finding and backing excellent management teams.
